Data Check Form

To keep us updated with your child's emergency contact details and medical information, please complete the mandatory Data Check Form

We take the safeguarding of this information very seriously and our Privacy Notices explain why we need this information, what we do with it and how long we keep it for.

Any written medical assessments from a doctor or dietitian should be sent to the Medical Centre (via or to Cheadle Hulme School, Claremont Road, Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire SK8 6EF for the attention of the Medical Centre.

School Fees


Pre School: £3,096 per term, £9,288 per year

Infant School (Reception to Year 2): £2,968 per term, £8,904 per year

Junior School (Years 3 to 6): £3,188 per term, £9,564 per year

Senior School: £4,108 per term, £12,324 per year


Options for Payment of School Fees

Termly Payment of Fees, Lunches and Extras; The Termly invoice for fees, lunches and extras can be paid in full on or before the first day of each term via Direct Debit, bank transfer, Parent Pay or by cheque.


Options to spread the cost by Direct debit are;

  • the full years fees can be spread over 12 months starting in July and ending in June. To set this up, the Direct Debit mandate must be received by 7th June.


  • the full years fees can be spread over 9 months, starting in September and ending in May. To set this up, the Direct Debit mandate must be received by 7th August.


Where paying by Direct Debit, you can choose to pay on 1st, 15th or last working day of each month. Lunches and extras will be requested on the first day of each term.

It is not necessary to complete a new form if you already have a Direct Debit set up with us for Junior School or an older sibling.

Other ad-hoc payments, for example – trips, can be paid for through Parent Pay.

Music Lessons

For parents of students in Year 3 and above.


CHS has a strong tradition of music-making and has many music groups in which your child can get involved.

The Music Department has a large, highly qualified and experienced number of specialist instrumental tutors who visit the School during the week to give tuition on an individual basis.

Tuition is available on: electric bass guitar, bassoon, cello, clarinet, cornet, double bass, drum kit/percussion, euphonium, flute, French horn, guitar (classical), oboe, organ, piano, percussion/drum kit, recorder, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, tenor horn, tuba, violin, viola, and voice.

If you would like to apply for your child to start music lessons with one of our specialist instrumental/vocal staff, please complete this application form.

Children can start lessons at any time in the school year.

Please note that students already receiving music lessons in the CHS Junior School need not re-apply; lessons will continue uninterrupted with your child’s current teacher.
