Forms for New Parents
We already have the essential information we need from your application form, but to enable us to provide the appropriate medical and pastoral care, there is a little bit more we need to know prior to your child joining CHS.
Please complete the mandatory Data Check Form with the information that you are happy for us to know.
We take the safeguarding of this information very seriously and our Privacy Notices explain why we need this information, what we do with it and how long we keep it for.
Any written medical assessments from a doctor or dietitian should be sent to the Medical Centre (via FirstAid@chschool.co.uk) or to Cheadle Hulme School, Claremont Road, Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire SK8 6EF for the attention of the Medical Centre.
Options for Payment of School Fees
Termly Payment of Fees, Lunches and Extras;
- The Termly invoice for fees, lunches and extras can be paid in full on or before the first day of each term via Direct Debit, bank transfer, Parent Pay or by cheque.
Options to spread the cost by Direct debit are;
- The full years fees can be spread over 12 months starting in July and ending in June. To set this up, the Direct Debit mandate must be received by 15th June.
- Or – the full years fees can be spread over 9 months, starting in September and ending in May. To set this up, the Direct Debit mandate must be received by 15th August.
Where paying by Direct Debit, you can choose to pay on 1st, 15th or last working day of each month. Lunches and extras will be requested on the first day of each term.
It is not necessary to complete a new form if you already have a Direct Debit set up with us for Junior School or an older sibling.
Other ad-hoc payments, for example – trips, can be paid for through Parent Pay.
