Updating your personal information
We want your personal information to be accurate and kept up-to-date. We also want to make sure that you are happy with the way we are contacting you.
Pupils and Parents
It is vital to the health and wellbeing of our pupils that the information we have remains accurate and up to date, including parents/guardians’ emergency contact details.
To check what information we have, simply log onto Parent Portal and use the 'Communication' option to view and manage your information. If there is something which needs updating please submit an online Change Request Form on the Portal or contact the School Office directly.
Please fill in this form to provide us with your most up to date contact details and your communication preferences. You are able to opt-out of any of the forms of communication at any time by contacting us or completing the form again.

Other ways to keep us informed
Staff and Volunteers are asked to keep the HR Department and/or the Finance Office informed of any changes to personal information. Staff can submit a Change Request Form or to contact the team directly email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Lettings and hirers through Cheadle Hulme School Enterprises Ltd. can update their personal information by contacting the Enterprises Manager directly on CHSEnterprises@chschool.co.uk.
