Parking at Open Events

On the day of the Saturday Open Events, traffic will be far heavier than an ordinary School day.  Limited car parking is available at the School.  There is a car park situated on Claremont Road and access to other School car parking areas is via the Main Entrance, School Lane (SK8 6EF), off Hulme Hall Road or via the Claremont Road (SK8 6EG) entrance adjacent to the railway bridge.  If the School is unable to absorb all the cars on site, then parking is available on nearby roads, such as Highfield Road, Heathbank Road, Southdown Crescent, Upton Avenue, Hulme Hall Avenue or Hill Top Avenue.  Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbours if using adjacent roads.

Ground staff and Sixth Form pupils will be on hand to assist with directing traffic and helping visitors. You are best advised to assume that there will not be space on the site to park and that you will have to park in one of the neighbouring roads.
