Working at Cheadle Hulme School
"The school's increasingly diverse mix of pupils gives them opportunities to demonstrate tolerance and equality. Pupils are enthusiastic in their desire to have a positive influence on their school community and be proactive in promoting changes to benefit all." - ISI Inspection, April 2017
The one thing which all visitors to Cheadle Hulme School share is the sense of community they experience whilst at the School.
From their first welcome at the School gates, through to their interaction with students and staff alike and the shared sense of support and encouragement across the School, visitors continue to comment on the unique and special character of our community.
The School's moto, 'In loco parentis' sits at the heart of our ethos. We believe a successful education involves more than child and teacher; it involves a broad network of people who each contribute to the development, growth and experience of the individual.
Parents work with teachers to provide the best framework for their child's development; they also contribute their expertise for the improvement of others, delivering lectures, mentoring individuals and offering work placements.
