JUNIOR SCHOOL ECO
We are proud that our Junior School achieved recognition as an official Eco School with Green Flag status and our pupils are encouraged to play their part in protecting the planet.
The Eco Committee, made up of Junior School pupils from across the year groups leads on whole school action on everything from recycling, growing vegetables to energy-saving.
Our beekeeping project is one of the newest and most exciting additions. Designed to promote biodiversity and eco-values, the initiative gives pupils the chance to learn about the importance of bees, how hives work, and how we can support nature through everyday choices.

Caring about the world around us

Junior school making a difference
We encourage every child to recognise that they are part of a wider world. Whether it’s fundraising for charity, joining an eco project, or showing kindness in everyday moments, our pupils are reminded that they have the power to make a positive difference.
Our annual Junior School charity day is a highlight of the year with pupils choosing a charity to support and coming up with creative ways to raise awareness and funds. From bake sales to sponsored challenges, the focus is on teamwork, empathy and action.
