The 3A Curriculum
Our Academic curriculum encourages intellectual curiosity, independence of thought and academic ambition, ensuring that pupils are equipped to succeed in whichever path they choose to pursue.
Our Active curriculum promotes personal growth and wellbeing through a wide range of sport, outdoor learning, leadership and creative opportunities.
Our Altruistic curriculum fosters empathy and a sense of responsibility to others. Through outreach, volunteering and community partnerships, pupils develop a deep awareness of the world around them and the role they can play in shaping it for the better.
By the time they leave, Waconians are ready to face a complex, fast-changing world with confidence, compassion and integrity. This forward-looking ethos remains rooted in the vision of our founders in 1855 and continues to define the CHS experience today.
