TV viewing this autumn has also been a celebration of Old Waconian talent, with two former students appearing in some of the most talked-about new shows. The shows have been a reminder of the creative paths our Old Waconians have taken and the incredible things that begin on the CHS stage.
Congratulations to Aimee Lou Wood (Class of 2012), one of 12 inspirational women honoured at the recent Bazaar’s Women of the Year Awards and has returned to our screens with Film Club, the new comedy-drama she has both co-written and stars in.
Meanwhile Jonny Green (Class of 2014) appears in Riot Women, the new BBC drama.
Both Aimee and Jonny have built remarkable bodies of work since leaving CHS and their latest successes reflect the breadth of creative futures CHS students go on to pursue and the imagination and ambition nurtured during their time here.
Our Sixth Form production, Rope, directed by Year 13 students Sam G and Evie K takes place on 27th and 28th November in Holden Hall. Grab your tickets here
