We are pleased to announce a new partnership with Harris & Ross, one of the North West’s leading physiotherapy practices, to provide on-site support for pupil athletes.
Following the October half-term break, Harris & Ross will be on campus every Wednesday, treating pupils with sports-related injuries and helping them return to play safely and quickly. Alongside their clinical support, the team will also work with our High Performance Sport Programme, delivering specialist talks and advice on a range of topics including nutrition, sleep, injury prevention and elite performance.
Mr Giles Heagerty, Co-Director of Sport: “Harris & Ross have a strong reputation in sports physiotherapy and have worked with elite athletes at the very highest level. Having them here at CHS not only supports our injured players return to team sports, but also enhances the experience of our High Performance Programme. It’s another way we can ensure our young people are receiving the very best support to enjoy their sport and reach their potential.”
Jeff Ross, Owner and Director at Harris & Ross, “We’re delighted to partner with Cheadle Hulme School and bring our expertise directly to its pupil athletes. At Harris & Ross, we know that prompt, expert care is crucial for a safe and successful return to sport. By being on school site each week, we can ensure pupils receive the highest standard of treatment without delay. Equally, we’re excited to support the High Performance Sport Programme — sharing our knowledge on injury prevention, recovery, nutrition and performance — to help these talented young athletes thrive and reach their full potential.”
