The U11 rugby squad welcomed Altrincham Preparatory School to CHS for a fixture on the first day back after half term.
CHS played some great rugby; fast paced with accurate offloading to support runners, resulting in plenty of tries.
An opportunity for all Year 6 boys who take part in the Junior School’s co-curricular rugby club to experience a competitive fixture, it was great introduction to come away with a positive result.
Special mentions to Oli Pimlott and Archie Iddon for strong leadership and excellent distribution skills which helped to drive the team forward and achieve success.
Junior Rugby Coach, Mr Jonny Cartwright said: “The boys improve every time they play – it’s great to see continuous progression!”
